Welcome to Variantdag in Oslo! We're gathering the whole company this Friday, and we'd love for you to join us. From 12:00, we open the doors to partners, clients, project colleagues and alumni.

(Disclaimer: This english text is an LLM translation of the original norwegian text)

The day features a packed programme of lightning talks and longer sessions from our own people. You'll get an honest look at what we're working on, what we've learned, and what we're still figuring out — across AI, design, accessibility, research and development. All talks are grounded in real experience and told from a personal perspective!

It's also a great opportunity to get to know us as a professional community: how we think, what we care about, and why we find it meaningful to build great products and solutions together with talented people.

And we do love good food and a good party!

Programme:

  • The state of LLMs and agents, Nikolai
  • Watts behind the words, Henrik
  • Backstage: Who owns what?, William
  • I'm going to Finland to talk to a serial killer, Julia
  • Behavioural design in Nav, Idun
  • Let's break some WCAG rules, Elise
  • Atomic Research + AI, Jonas
  • What's cooking in design AI?, Ole Petter

After the programme, we invite you to afterwork from 16:00. The bar opens and the first rounds are on us. At 17:30, Plato Catering will serve dinner — and we have the venue for the rest of the evening for those who are extra thirsty!

The event is open to partners, clients, project colleagues and alumni. Sign up below!

Allergies or dietary requirements? Or are you skipping dinner even though you're attending? Send an email to nikolai@variant.no after signing up and we'll sort it out!
